All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, packaged and sent out within 2-5 business days after processing. This is due to some products being ready to ship/pre-order and or custom pre-order.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. However, if your order is faulty upon delivery, please reach out to us at admin@sewextraordinary.com with your order number and pictures of the damage within 3 business days from delivery date for further investigation and or instructions on getting a replacement sent out to you at no charge :)
If this time has passed, the return expenses are the responsibility of the consumer and not Sewextraordinary LLC and there is no guarantee your items will be re-made and re-sent out as most items are of limited quantity.

All items are machine-washable on a cold water setting with detergent or organic soap, and should be dried on a low heat setting.Handwashing is the recommended way to ensure the longest lifespan of any handmade item.
All products are liable to shrink if not washed and dried on the correct cold/low heat setting!
